If your shopping cart total can't be calculated because we currently don't have a delivery address for you, then you will see a message "calculated during checkout".

On the next page you will select your billing and delivery addresses, followed by your preferred method of delivery, and we will then update your shopping cart with the correct charges for your confirmation prior to making payment.
