Payments for products purchased on the Doctor Eckstein website can currently be made with any MASTERCARD or VISA credit card via SnapScan or alternatively by EFT. At this stage we are unfortunately not in a position to offer the options of paying by debit card or COD.

Please note that for SnapScan payments, the payment is reflected on our system immediately and the goods you ordered are packed for dispatch typically within 24 hours. However, if you have paid by means of an EFT, your order will only be packaged and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving confirmation that the funds have cleared in our bank account. This will typically take place 2 to 3 days after you have done a transfer to our account and is wholly dependent on the lead times required by your bank and ours.
